Our Yoga Glow class is held every month to give a boost to our traditional Yoga practice. Our method combines Vinyasa Yoga and Face Yoga, and is exclusive to our studio.
After this energizing and detoxifying practice, we will lay in a 7 minutes Shavasana infused with Sound Healing.
The Yoga Glow classes include warm towels, aromatherapy and seasonal tea.
