If your received a Gift Card, use the coupon code GIFTCARD when booking so you won’t have to pay a deposit.
Make sure to present your Gift Card at your appointment.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy, please read attentively:
A non-refundable deposit is required to book our services.
If you changed your mind and would like to reschedule your appointment (up to 48h before your appointment),
you will be able to do this through the link in the bottom of your confirmation email > Edit/Cancel the appointment.
If you reschedule more than 2 times, your appointment will be cancelled and the $50 deposit will be retained to cover a portion of the business loss.
If you decide to cancel the appointment, the $50 will not be refunded and will not be able to used toward another appointment.
We would like to insist on the fact that if you are experiencing symptoms from any transmissible bacterial infection or virus,
you won’t be admitted for your service.
We ask you to please reschedule your appointment as soon as you are aware of these symptoms.
If symptoms arise within 48hrs before your scheduled appointment,
we will still have to retain the $50 deposit in order to cover a small portion of the business loss.
No-Show and last minute cancellation policy :
If you don’t come to your appointment without notice, or cancel your appointment less than 48hr in advance,
you might be charged up to 100% the amount of the scheduled service.
