  • A non-refundable deposit is required to book our services.
    If you changed your mind and would like to reschedule your appointment (up to 48h before your appointment),
    you will be able to do this through the link in the bottom of your confirmation email > Edit/Cancel the appointment.

    If you reschedule more than 2 times, your appointment will be cancelled and the $50 deposit will be retained to cover a portion of the business loss.

    If you would like to reschedule your appointment less than 48hr in advance, this counts then as a last minute cancellation and you will be charged up to 100% the amount of the scheduled service.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to book our services.

    If you decide to cancel the appointment, the $50 will not be refunded and will not be able to used toward another appointment.

    If you cancel your appointment less than 48hr in advance,
    you will be charged up to 75% the amount of the scheduled service.

    If you cancel less than 24hrs in advance, you will be charged up to 100% the amount of the scheduled service.

  • We would like to insist on the fact that if you are experiencing symptoms from any transmissible bacterial infection or virus,
    you won’t be admitted for your service.
    We ask you to please reschedule your appointment as soon as you are aware of these symptoms.
    If symptoms arise within 48hrs before your scheduled appointment,
    we will still have to retain the $50 deposit in order to cover a small portion of the business loss.

  • If you don’t come to your appointment without notice, or cancel less than 24hrs in advance, you will be charged up to 100% the amount of the scheduled service.

    If you cancel your appointment less than 48hr in advance, you will be charged up to 75% of the scheduled service.

  • If your received a Gift Card, use the coupon code GIFTCARD at checkout to bring the balance to zero. You won’t be charged a deposit.
    Make sure to present your Gift Card at your appointment.
