Come practice Face Yoga at L’ATELIER. Bring awareness to the fascia and muscles of the face, neck and chest. Restore balance to the upper chakras, feel physically and emotionally connected to your body mind and soul as we go through the movements, self-massage, Gua Sha and other restorative facial rituals.
Each 35 minutes session starts with heart opening warm up and deep breathing, followed by Face Yoga practice and ends with some relaxation in Shavasana.
