Candle refill - Drop off/pickup

Our refill program is available for local pickup and drop off.
If the vessel is in perfect condition (at the discretion of L’ATELIER) and if there is enough stock available, you will be able to simply swap your vessel for a new candle of your choice.
If the vessel appears to not be in perfect condition, you will not be able to refill it.
Drop off and pickup instructions :
1) Email info@atelier-olfactive.com or text 203 343 2346 with the time you would like to drop off your vessel.
2) Drop off the vessel.
3) Purchase your new refill, choose any scent.
4) You will receive a confirmation email once your refill is ready to be picked up.
